改編自羅德·達爾（ Roald Dahl ）的經典小說，《巧克力冒險工廠》音樂劇由 Marc Shaiman 作曲，Marc Shaiman 與 Scott Wittman 共同作詞，David Greig 撰寫劇本。劇中音樂不僅包含原創作品，還向 1971 年電影版中 Leslie Bricusse 和 Anthony Newley 創作的經典曲目致敬，其中包括《糖果人》、《我有一張金券》、《小矮人歐帕倫普人之歌》和《純真幻想》。

Based on Roald Dahl’s beloved classic, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is a magical stage experience that features original music by Marc Shaiman and lyrics by Shaiman & Scott Wittman—renowned for their work on Hairspray—as well as iconic songs from the 1971 film, including “The Candy Man,” “I've Got a Golden Ticket,” and “Pure Imagination.” After delighting audiences with over 300 performances on Broadway and a celebrated West End run, the latest touring production has been newly reimagined by Broadway International Group, featuring an award-winning creative team: scenic and costume design by Olivier Award-winner Mark Thompson and Christine Peters, dazzling projections and illusions by Jeff Sugg (Drama Desk, Lortel, Obie Awards), enchanting puppetry by master artist Basil Twist, and direction by Tony Award-winner Jack O’Brien with touring direction by Matt Lenz.

1.演出全長約2小時35分鐘（含中場休息20分鐘）。

2.英文演出，備有中文字幕。

3.本演出將使用舞台煙霧效果、較大音量聲響及閃光特效，請觀眾自行評估是否入場觀賞；觀賞過程中若感不適，請依工作人員指示離場。

4.本演出將有演員互動橋段，因應節目需求與安全性，一樓區域採平面式座位。

5.二樓無障礙席為視線不良區域，主舞台上方有部分遮蔽情形購票前請斟酌。

1.The performance runs approximately 2 hours and 35 minutes, including a 20-minute intermission.

2.Performed in English with Mandarin surtitles.

3.This production features stage smoke effects, loud sound effects, and flashing lights. Please assess your comfort level before attending. If you feel unwell during the performance, follow the staff’s instructions to exit the venue.

4.This production includes interactive segments with the performers. For program and safety considerations, the first-floor seating is arranged on a flat (non-tiered) surface.

5.The accessible seating on the second floor has limited visibility, with partial obstruction of the main stage. Please consider this before purchasing tickets.

6.Recommended for ages 3 and up. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must have a ticket for admission.

7.Latecomers and those leaving during the performance will be admitted at the discretion of the staff.

8.Ticket refunds or exchanges must be requested no later than 20 days before the performance date. A 10% handling fee will be charged. Late requests will not beaccepted.

9.Please review all information carefully before purchasing. Do not buy tickets from unauthorized sources to avoid potential loss of rights.

10.The presenter reserves the right to make changes to the program.

KKTIX 文化幣使用注意事項：
KKTIX Cultural Voucher Usage Guidelines:

1. 使用期間：以文化部「成年禮金專區」公告為準，逾期失效。
   Usage Period: Subject to the announcement on the Ministry of Culture's “Adult Gift Money Zone.” Vouchers will expire after the designated period.
2. 僅支援 KKTIX 網站購票使用，全家便利商店 FamiPort、KKTIX APP 皆不適用。
   Cultural Vouchers can only be used for ticket purchases on the KKTIX website. They are not applicable via FamiPort at FamilyMart or the KKTIX mobile app.
3. 為確保瀏覽順暢，使用文化幣購票建議以電腦操作，並以 Google Chrome 瀏覽。
   For the best browsing experience, it is recommended to use a computer and the Google Chrome browser when using Cultural Vouchers for ticket purchases.
4. 文化幣不得用於扣抵退票手續費，如自付票券金額不足以支付退票手續費時，需以匯款方式將退票手續費補足後，始能完成退票申請流程。
   Cultural Vouchers cannot be used to offset ticket refund service fees. If the amount paid by the user is insufficient to cover the refund fee, the remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer before the refund process can be completed.
5. 使用文化幣折抵票款之票券，退票時僅退還扣除折抵額度及退票手續費後之金額，原折抵額度將另行退回您的成年禮金帳戶中，抵用金額退還相關問題請洽成年禮金平台客服。
   For tickets purchased with a Cultural Voucher, only the amount after deducting the voucher and refund service fee will be refunded. The original voucher amount will be returned to your Adult Gift Money account. For issues regarding voucher refunds, please contact the Adult Gift Money platform’s customer service.

• 舉例說明：消費者購買一張票價$1,000的票券，使用文化幣折抵$100，實際支付$900，其退票手續費及退款金額如下：
  Example:A customer buys a ticket priced at NT$1,000 and uses NT$100 in Cultural Vouchers, paying NT$900 in cash. The refund and service fee would be calculated as follows:

(1) 退票手續費：以票面金額$1,000計算，如活動採用退票方案一，則收取票面金額 $1,000 *10%手續費 = $100。
Refund Service Fee: Calculated based on the full ticket price of NT$1,000. If the event adopts Refund Plan A, a 10% service fee applies, i.e., NT$1,000 * 10% = NT$100.

(2) 退款金額：票面金額$1,000 - 文化幣$100 - 退票手續費$100 = $800，實際收到$800之退款金額（申請匯款方式退款者會再扣除匯款手續費）。
Refund Amount: NT$1,000 - NT$100 (voucher) - NT$100 (service fee) = NT$800. The customer will receive a refund of NT$800. (An additional remittance fee may be deducted if choosing to receive the refund via bank transfer.)

6. 「文化幣」未盡事宜或有任何異動，均以文化部「成年禮金專區」最新公告為準。
   Any matters not covered or subject to change will follow the latest announcements on the Ministry of Culture's “Adult Gift Money Zone.”
7. 提醒您！訂單一旦「成立並完成付款」後，發現忘了使用文化幣或未成功折抵文化幣金額，皆無法再使用文化幣，請務必在「取票繳費」步驟確認訂單明細及金額後再進行付款。
   Important Reminder: Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, if you forget to use your Cultural Vouchers or the deduction was unsuccessful, the voucher cannot be applied afterward. Please make sure to review your order details and amounts carefully before proceeding to payment in the “Payment & Ticket Collection” step.

5. KKTIX系統沒有固定的清票時間，只要消費者沒有於期限內完成付款，未付款的票券就會陸陸續續釋放出來，消費者可隨時留意是否有釋出可售票券張數。
   The KKTIX system does not have a fixed ticket clearing time. Tickets not paid for within the deadline will be released for sale intermittently. Consumers can check if there are any available tickets released.
6. 於KKTIX網站購買雙倍魔幻冒險，張數請務必選擇8的倍數，以便訂單成立。
   When purchasing “Double Magical Adventure” tickets on the KKTIX website, please select quantities in multiples of 8 to complete the order.

     Limit of 8 tickets per order.
   • 購票時可選擇【自行選位/電腦配位】如選擇自行選位可以在規定時間內更改座位。若當下已無相連座位，系統會配符合選擇張數的不相連座位。
     When purchasing tickets, you can choose either "Select Seats Yourself/Computer-Assigned Seats." If you choose to select seats yourself, you can change your seats within the specified time. If there are no adjacent seats available at the moment, the system will allocate non-adjacent seats according to the number of tickets selected.

     To enhance online credit card payment security, the KKTIX ticketing system has implemented a more secure credit card 3D verification service. Members will receive an SMS verification code when purchasing tickets to ensure the card number belongs to the cardholder, providing a safer online transaction environment.    • ATM虛擬帳號付款注意事項：僅限於台灣金融機構開戶所核發之提款卡並已開通「非約定帳戶轉帳」之功能，每筆訂單若超過$30,000無法選擇ATM虛擬帳號付款，請務必於期限內付款，逾期未付款訂單將會自動取消
     Notes for ATM virtual account payment: Only debit cards issued by financial institutions in Taiwan with the “non-designated account transfer” function enabled are accepted.      Important Note for Choosing FamilyMart FamiPort Pickup: Do not go to FamilyMart to pick up tickets immediately after completing your online order.You must wait until the ticket collection period starts. You can pick up tickets at any time from the opening of ticket collection to the event day.There is no need to pick up tickets during peak hours, which helps save your valuable time.
8. 全家便利商店FamiPort購票：
   Purchasing Tickets via FamiPort at FamilyMart:
   • 無需加入會員，每筆訂單限購4張
     No membership required. Each order is limited to a maximum of 4 tickets.
   • 為系統自動配位，選擇區域後系統將自動配至購買票價的最適區域及座位，且可能與選擇的區域不同，無法自行選區域及座位
     Seats are automatically assigned by the system. After selecting a section, the system will automatically allocate the best available seats within the price range. Assigned seats may differ from the originally selected section. Manual selection of sections or seats is not available.
   • 付款方式：僅接受現金
     Payment method: Cash only
   • 取票方式：付款完畢直接於全家便利商店櫃檯現場取票，免手續費

     After printing the payment slip at the FamiPort kiosk, you must complete payment at the same store's counter within 10 minutes. Failure to do so will result in order cancellation, and the reserved tickets will be released back into the system for resale.
   • 於全家便利商店之購票動作皆於結帳取票後方能保證票券，請注意單憑列印繳費單無法保證其票券。
     Tickets are only guaranteed after payment and ticket collection at the FamilyMart counter. Printing the payment slip alone does not guarantee the ticket.
9. 身心障礙票券說明：
   Accessible Ticket Information：
   • 僅接受傳真訂購，6/13 (五) 下午2點起接受身心障礙席傳真訂票作業，張數有限，售完為止。
     Only fax orders are accepted. Ticket reservations for accessible seating will be accepted via fax starting at 2:00 PM on Friday, June 13. Tickets are limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
   • 每位身心障礙人士含陪同者僅限購2張票券，必要陪同者需同時入場，敬請下載「KKTIX購票刷卡單」。
     Each person with a disability is allowed to purchase up to two tickets, including one for a necessary companion. The companion must enter the venue at the same time. Please download the “KKTIX Credit Card Ticket Order Form”.
   • 輪椅席區：Wheelchair Seating:
     1F(輪椅席)：平日票價每席 1,700 元，假日票價每席 2,000 元。
     1F (Wheelchair Section): Weekday ticket price: NT$1,700 per seat; Weekend ticket price: NT$2,000 per seat.
     2F(輪椅席)：平日票價每席 1,200 元，假日票價每席 1,500 元。
     2F (Wheelchair Section): Weekday ticket price: NT$1,200 per seat; Weekend ticket price: NT$1,500 per seat.
   • 不需輪椅席者：可「自由選擇票區」，票價為當區半價。因各區座位數量有限，無法保證能夠買到想要的座位，敬請見諒。
     For non-wheelchair users: You may freely choose any seating area, and the ticket price will be half the regular price for that section. Please note that seating is limited in each area, and your preferred seat may not be available.
   • 填妥表格後，連同身心障礙證明影本，傳真至(02)2777-3086，KKTIX不保證傳真成功便絕對能購得票券，訂單成立的順序依照收件順序為主。
     After completing the form, please fax it along with a copy of your Disability Identification Certificate to (02) 2777-3086. KKTIX does not guarantee ticket availability even if the fax is successfully received. Orders will be processed in the order received.
   • 表格資料錯誤、缺漏、無法辨識與未傳真身心障礙證明者，不予受理。
     Applications with incorrect, incomplete, or illegible information, or without a copy of the disability certificate, will not be accepted.
   • 進場時敬請攜帶有效證件，未帶證件、資格不符者、或非本人者需補票價差額始得入場。
     Please bring valid identification when entering the venue. Entry will only be allowed after paying the price difference if the attendee fails to present valid documentation, does not meet eligibility, or is not the person named in the certificate.
   • 身心障礙者與陪同者須同時憑同一身心障礙證明驗證進場。
     Both the person with a disability and their companion must enter the venue together and present the same disability certificate for verification.
      

注意事項 Terms & Conditions

1. 根據文化部訂定『藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項』第六項「退、換票機制」之規定共有四種方案之退換票規定，本節目採用方案三：消費者請求退換票之時限為演出日前20日(不含演出日)，但消費者於退換票時限屆至前購買，迄於時限屆至後始收受票券或於開演前仍未收受票券者，亦得退換票，全家取票因購買當日便可取票則不適用此規範；請求退換票日期以實體票券寄達日或收到退票申請日為準，退票需酌收票面金額10%手續費，限2025/11/28(含)前，請詳閱 KKTIX退換票規定。
   According to the first ticket return plan of Laws & Regulations of“Ministry of Culture”,  tickets are refundable with 10% return handing fee up until 20 days before the event, which means tickets must be RECEIVED by KKTIX on and before 2025/11/28. Tickets RECEIVED on and after 2025/11/29 for refund will NOT be accepted. For KKTIX address, please refer to KKTIX REFUND POLICY.

• 若購買雙倍魔幻冒險，退換票亦需將八張票券辦理退票，恕不受理單張退票。
  For purchases of “Double Magical Adventure” tickets, refunds or exchanges must be processed for all 8 tickets as a complete set.

2. 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非KKTIX正式授權售票之通路、網站購票、也不要透過陌生代購進行購票，主辦單位與KKTIX均無法保證票券真實性。除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及KKTIX概不負責。
   Please do not purchase tickets from auction websites or any unofficial channels or websites not authorized by KKTIX, and do not buy through unknown third-party agents. The organizer and KKTIX cannot guarantee the authenticity of such tickets. These purchases may lead to scams or transaction disputes and could jeopardize your rights. In cases where ticket holders are denied entry or face other issues at the venue, the organizer and KKTIX shall not be held responsible.
3. 若有任何形式非供自用而加價轉售（無論加價名目為代購費、交通費、補貼等均包含在內）之情事者，已違反社會秩序維護法第64條第2款；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第二項規定，將票券超過票面金額或定價販售者，按票券張數，由直轄市政府、縣（市）政府處每張票面金額之十倍至五十倍罰鍰，請勿以身試法！
   Reselling tickets at a higher price for non-personal use (including surcharges such as handling fees, transportation fees, subsidies, etc.) is a violation of Article 64, Clause 2 of the Social Order Maintenance Act. Furthermore, according to Article 10-1, Paragraph 2 of the Development of the Cultural and Creative Industries Act, anyone who resells tickets above face value or official price may be fined 10 to 50 times the ticket face value per ticket by the municipal or county (city) government. Please do not break the law!
4. 一人一票、憑票入場，3歲以下孩童不得入場，12歲以下需家長陪同入場。票券視同有價證券，請妥善保存，如發生遺失、破損、燒毀或無法辨識等狀況，恕不補發。
   One person per ticket; ticket is required for entry. Children under the age of 3 are not allowed. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Tickets are treated as valuable securities. Please keep them safe. Lost, damaged, burned, or illegible tickets will not be reissued.
5. 電子票券為無記名票券，請勿將票券QR Code任意公開或提供給第三人，以防遭人冒領入場。
   Electronic tickets are unregistered. Please do not publicly share or give the ticket QR Code to third parties to avoid unauthorized entry.
6. 取票方式選擇電子票券可前往 App Store ／ Google Play 下載KKTIX app，入場時以行動裝置秀出QR Code；或直接列印QR Code 作為入場票券掃描入場。
   If you choose electronic tickets, you can download the KKTIX app from the App Store ／ Google Play. Show the QR Code on your mobile device for entry, or print out the QR Code to scan as your admission ticket.
7. 如遇票券毀損、滅失或遺失，主辦單位將依「藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」第七項「票券毀損、滅失及遺失之入場機制：主辦單位應提供消費者票券毀損、滅失及遺失時之入場機制並詳加說明。」之規定辦理，詳情請洽KKTIX客服中心。
   In the event of ticket damage, loss, or misplacement, the organizer will handle the matter in accordance with Article 7 of the “Mandatory and Prohibited Clauses for Performing Arts Ticket Contracts”: “The organizer shall provide an entry mechanism and a clear explanation for tickets that are damaged, lost, or missing.” For more details, please contact the KKTIX Customer Service Center.
8. 請勿攜帶相機、攝影機、DV、錄音機入場，未經主辦單位同意，禁止拍照、錄影、錄音。
   Cameras, video recorders, camcorders, and audio recorders are not allowed inside the venue. Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited without the organizer’s consent.
9. 本節目禁止攜帶外食、飲料、任何種類之金屬、玻璃、寶特瓶容器、雷射筆、煙火或任何危險物品。
   No outside food, drinks, or any kind of metal, glass, PET bottles, laser pointers, fireworks, or dangerous items are allowed in the venue.
10. 各表演場館各有其入場規定，請持票人遵守之，遲到觀眾需遵守館方管制。
    Each performance venue may have its own entry regulations. Ticket holders must comply. Latecomers must follow the venue’s access control policies.
11. 消費者必須以真實姓名購票及填寫有效個人資訊，協助親友購買票券，應取得該個資所有人同意，一旦以虛假資料購買票券已經涉及刑法第二百十條「偽造私文書罪」：「偽造、變造私文書，足以生損害於公眾或他人者，處五年以下有期徒刑。」 ；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第三項規定：「以虛偽資料或其他不正方式，利用電腦或其他相關設備購買藝文表演票券，取得訂票或取票憑證者，處三年以下有期徒刑，或科或併科新臺幣三百萬以下罰金。」主辦單位及KKTIX皆有權利立即取消該消費者訂單，請勿以身試法！
    Buyers must use their real name and provide valid personal information when purchasing tickets. If you are purchasing tickets on behalf of friends or family, you must obtain their consent. Using false information to purchase tickets constitutes a violation of Article 210 of the Criminal Code (“Forgery of Private Documents”), which states: “Anyone who forges or alters a private document that may cause harm to the public or others shall be sentenced to imprisonment of up to five years.” Additionally, according to Article 10-1, Paragraph 3 of the Development of the Cultural and Creative Industries Act: “Anyone who uses false information or other improper methods to purchase performing arts tickets through a computer or other devices, thereby obtaining booking or ticketing credentials, shall be sentenced to imprisonment of up to three years, or a fine of up to NT$3 million, or both.” The organizer and KKTIX reserve the right to immediately cancel such orders. Do not violate the law!
